The accommodation

Spectacular property with pool, located in Santo Isidoro, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has a living room with sofas, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, an open space on the upper floor with a sofa bed and desk and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Externally it has a terrace with connection to the kitchen and living room with a dining table, an excellent lawn area, a garden area, a pool and also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and wood-fired oven. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and a hair dryer. It is located in a very quiet residential area, 2.5km from Ribeira d\'Ilhas beach and 250m from the centre of Santo Isidoro where there are shops.

Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
