Spectacular villa with pool, located in Santo Isidoro, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.It has a living room with sofas, fireplace and dining space, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, an open space on the upper floor with a sofa bed and desk and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.Outside there is a terrace connecting to the kitchen and living room with a dining table, an excellent lawn space, garden area, swimming pool and even a dining area with barbecue and wood oven.It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi) and a hairdryer.It is located in a very quiet residential area, 2.5km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and 250m from the center of Santo Isidoro where there are shops.note:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
