Excellent housing located in a gated community, in the center of Ericeira, with a magnificent sea view and capacity for 7 people.It has a room with sofas, TV and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 single bed, an attic room with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and a hair dryer.Outside this accommodation has several seating areas:- On the front side of the house, there is a terrace with a barbecue grill and a dining area that has a direct connection to the kitchen.- At the back, and connected to the living room, there is another terrace also with a dining area.- On the top floor of the house, there is an enormous terrace with a magnificent sea view that is equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.Located 750 m from São Sebastião Beach and from supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.Note:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged to them at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit rate of 2.40€ during high season (May 1st to October 31st) and 1.20€ during low season (November 1st to April 30th). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually updated by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
