Excellent villa located in a gated community, in the center of Ericeira, with magnificent sea views and capacity for 7 people.
It has a living room with sofas, TV and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 single bed, an attic bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, this accommodation has several living areas:
- On the front side of the house there is a terrace with barbecue and dining area that has a direct connection to the kitchen.
- At the back, and connected to the living room, there is another terrace also with a dining area.
- On the top floor of the house there is a huge terrace with a magnificent sea view and equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
It is located 750 m from Praia de S. Sebastião and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
