The accommodation

Excellent accommodation located in a gated community, in the centre of Ericeira, with a magnificent sea view and capacity for 7 people.
It has a living room with sofas, TV and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 single bed, an attic bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, this accommodation has several living areas:
- At the front of the house there is a terrace with a barbecue and a dining area that is directly connected to the kitchen.
- At the back, and connected to the living room, there is another terrace also with a dining area.
- Upstairs, the house has a huge terrace with a magnificent sea view and equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
It is located 750 m from Praia de S. Sebastião and from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

Note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the price charged for the accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
