It also has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and an American-style kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, utensils kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is located in a condominium with a swimming pool (opening date on 1/5 and closing date on 30/9) and garage.
It also has internet (wifi) and iron.
It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
