It has a living room with a sofa, a fireplace and a dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Externally it has a 20 m2 terrace with a dining area and barbecue, a grassed garden, a swimming pool and a wooden annex to support the pool.
It also has internet (wifi), a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing machine.
It is located 3.6 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the centre of Mafra and 8 km from Ericeira and the beaches.

Note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the price charged for the accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
