House with a unique view, between Mafra and Ericeira, with 74 m2, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
It has a living room with sofa, stove and dining space, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher , crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Outside there is a 20 m2 terrace with a dining area and barbecue, lawned garden, swimming pool and a wooden annex to support the pool.
It also has internet (wifi), hairdryer, iron and washing machine.
It is located 3.6 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the center of Mafra and 8 km from Ericeira and the beaches.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
