The accommodation
Excelent house with swimming pool, near the beach, golf and tenis. Good for big families or with children, garden and barbecue. Quiet area.
Pets are not allowed in high season (June to September).

It is situated in a quiet area in a small neighborhood of Charneca da Caparica, but close to services.
It is accessible by car and bus. It is near Almada and Lisbon (about 20Km) also ideal for those who want to discover Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Sesimbra the south. Palmela, Setubal.

In summer and winter You can enjoy all the advantages of being in an area near the sea, but surrounded by pine trees, enjoy golf at Aroeira or Capuchos, visit historic areas of Lisbon and its surroundings and make the crossing by boat of the river Tejo and marvel with all the gastronomy of this area from the grilled fish, stews and cataplanas to fish or seafood.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation with a beautiful garden and very nice swimming pool. Within easy driving distance of some marvellous beaches and a good selection of restaurants. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
