The accommodation

The main building consists of 3 floors:
-Ground floor, with a large conservatory dining room, living room with fireplace, hall, ladies' bathroom, and men's bathroom
-First floor, 6 rooms of various capacities: 1 room. 4 beds with 1 double bed + 1 bunk - 2hab. 6 beds with 3 bunk beds each - 2hab. 8 beds with 4 bunk beds each - 1 hab. 10 beds with 5 bunk beds. Shared bathroom with 4 toilets, 4 sinks, and 2 individual showers

The kitchen for customer use is located in a building attached to the main one. The kitchen is fully equipped (its cleaning is not included in the price).

Large outdoor space for outdoor activities, with sunny areas and shaded areas.
Pool (summer only) with solarium area. It is located a few meters from the main building, in a fenced area, next to the hosts' house. Consult conditions of use.

Setting

We are located in the center of the Agres Valley, at the foot of the Serra Mariola Natural Park, in the northern interior of the province of Alicante. Totally surrounded by cultivated fields where tranquility reigns. The town of Agres is 1 km away, just 2 minutes by car.
We have a parking area for about 15 cars.
We are approx. an hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia, on the A7 inland highway, and an hour's drive from Gandia Beach and Postiguet Beach in Alicante.
It can also be reached by train, the Valencia-Xàtiva-Alcoi line.
