The accommodation
Can Sinatra can accommodate 14 guests. The main building presents 5 comfortable rooms. However in the adjacent privately accessed apartment there is a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa is in immaculate condition with modern furnishings and minimalist, tasteful decor throughout with neutral tones creating an air of sophistication.
From the main kitchen there is direct access to the dining room, a space where rustic style is combined through the stone decoration on one of the walls and wooden furniture.
Also from the kitchen there is access to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, water tap and storage cupboards. There is also access to the underground parking and/or to the outside area reserved for hanging clothes and rubbish disposal.
Next to the dining room is the spacious living room: a place where you can enjoy the views of the pool and the garden thanks to its large windows. Next to the living room, we find an area with another dining table, a fireplace and a cinema area.
There is a complete gymn on the ground floor. Equipped with dumbbells, barbells, weights or punching bag, among other things. This space is ideal for fitness-loving guests.
It has other indoor facilities to take advantage of such as a discotheque or mini club, as well as a swimming pool with solarium and large gardens.

This exclusive villa is surrounded by 17000 square meters of garden with swimming pool, a guest house, barbecue, gym and mini Club among others.
