House on 2 levels, fully and elegantly furnished, is at the heart of Sabaudia near the lake with garden front and rear with a BBQ and outside shower. On a private road in a residential area 5 minutes from downtown, the lake, home of racing, including international, from tennis courts, bowling and shopping center.

At the ground floor living room with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 and color TV, kitchen with Fridge-Freezer, oven microwave.
Second Bath room, a little room with 2 bed.
There is a washing machine, veranda.
On the first floor 2 bedrooms and main bathroom with tub and shower. Equipped with autonomous heating system.
In good weather you can cook outdoors on the barbecue in the garden.

Near the Circeo National Park, a place for walks in the woods.

Activities and attractions

The house is ideal for romantic weekends and weeks throughout the year, as well as for summer holidays. The Parco Nazionale del Circeo is 10 minutes and can be delightful excursions to nearby Sermoneta Ninfa and the historical remains or Priverno for the museum of Mathematics. Even the beautiful Pontine Islands (Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone, Ventotene) can be reached easily from here.
