The accommodation

House at the beach in Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.
Accommodation of 55 nicely furnished and fully equipped, in beachfront overlooking the garden and the dunes.
The house is distributed on one floor with 2 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed 160x200 (queen size) and the other a double bed 140x200 both beds mattresses are thick and new. The house has a crib. The kitchen, ceramic hob is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The bathroom with shower has radiant floor heating.
The living room with fireplace has a direct acces to the communal garden (not fenced) with garden furniture with deckchairs and parasol, terrace and barbecue. This house has futhermore iron, electric heating, 1 parking space outdoors in front of the house, flat screen TV with satellite (languages: Spanish, English , German, French) and free WiFi.

Setting

In the communal area near the reception, there is a coin-operated washing machine.
It is next to the beach and is located in a quiet area in urbanization Mas Pinell, a wide and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Illes where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday.

Activities and attractions

Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core; in peak season, you will find some beach bars and a restaurant/bar in the complex, located near the towns of Pals, Torroella de Montgri and l'Estartit, in the privileged area of ​​the Costa Brava
