The house is located in a quiet residential area of the village of La Caletta.
it is 5 minutes by car from the beach of San Giovanni, the marina and the center of La Caletta. everything is also reachable in a few minutes on foot.
The fully furnished house consists of a kitchen with kitchenette, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. a large room with sofa, table and chairs. three bedrooms, a bathroom with all facilities and a large veranda outside where you can eat.
