The accommodation

I rent two large flats with 4 bedrooms and wifi.
It is a 1st and 2nd floor without lift.
The 1st floor has a large living-dining room with flat screen tv, terrace with table and chairs, separate kitchen with flat screen tv and another dining area. The main bedroom has a 135cm bed, wardrobe and a toilet. It also has access to a patio with plants.
Continuing down the corridor there is a single bedroom with a 110cm bed and access to the toilet and patio. There are two further bedrooms, one with a 135cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds. There is a main bathroom with bathtub and an outside patio for washing and drying clothes. It is a cool flat during the summer with plenty of ventilation.

The 2nd floor has the same layout as the 1st floor, with a terrace, 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms have balconies or windows to the exterior patios. Flat screen tv in the living room and kitchen.

There is only one flat per floor.
The flats have fans and radiators.
Bed linen and towels are optional. Please ask for prices if necessary.

Setting

The flats are in front of a small children's playground.
In the area there are several bars, restaurants.
There is a big supermarket and a pharmacy at 50cm.
The old town of Vinaròs is about 350 metres walking in a straight line. And the sandy beach Fortí at 700 metres approximately, less than 10 minutes walking.
The area has free parking.
