The Chorrillo II apartment is located just 300 meters from the Bateles beach and a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Conil, perfect for holidays with family, couples or friends.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a dining table for 6 people, a large sofa bed and Smart-TV, from the living room window you can access the very large terrace with views of the Atalaya natural park and with terrace furniture with a game of sofas and a set of tables and chairs.

The kitchen is independent and very spacious with all the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking from which you can directly access the terrace and the living room.

The apartment has three bedrooms: bedroom 1 offers a double bed and a bathroom, bedroom 2 offers two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bunk bed, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The apartment has an imposing terrace with sofas and terrace furniture where you can quietly enjoy the outdoors throughout your stay.

The entire property has centralized air conditioning with adjustable temperature, internet connection in all rooms and private parking space.

The building where the apartment is located has an elevator, private fenced and protected pool with a large garden with umbrellas around the pool.
