Apartment for 2 people only 1500 meters from the beach

Arrival time at the flat from 16h and departure at 10h.
No parties or events are allowed.
Do not make noise, especially from 23h to 11h.
Pets are not allowed.
Self-arrival at the flat by means of a security box for keys, located at the door of the flat block.
Documentation must be sent to the host for all persons over 14 years of age staying in the flat.
Minors must always be supervised by a responsible adult, and under their responsibility, there are stairs, swimming pool etc.
Travel cot on request and at low cost.
There is no cleaning service during the stay.
For stays of more than 10 nights, an extra set of sheets and towels is left in the wardrobes.
The terrace and swimming pool are communal, respect the number of people and rules.
There are 2 washing machines, which are in a small room on the terrace, shared with the rest of the flats.
