The accommodation
Individual villa with pool and garden, charmingly decorated, well equipped and comfortable.
It consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is the hall, a bright and spacious living-dining room that has access to the shaded terrace and the pool, and a spacious kitchen with utility room and a toilet.
From the hall, there is access to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both en suite.
On the upper floor we find the main room, suite with terrace.
Setting
The location of the house is in Marina de Biniancolla, a very quiet small fishing village by the sea. Just 1 km away is Punta Prima where there are supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and car, motorcycle and bike rental companies. If you like to walk next to home you will find the Cami de Cavalls, an old path that circumambulates the island of Menorca, considered the island's historical heritage. A few kilometers away are other beautiful beaches such as Binibeca, Binisafua, Binidali, and coves such as Alcaufar, Rafalet and Torret, with restaurant and bar areas. In Cala Torret there is also a diving center. Marina de Biniancolla is a beautiful area of rock and white sand with many hidden corners; It is located 4 kilometers from the town of Sant Lluís, in the south of the island.
8 km away is the dynamic city of Mahón and its spectacular natural harbor and 12 km from the airport.
