The accommodation

Everything is within walking distance from this vacation home, the beach, the restaurants, the center of the former fishing village with the vegetable and fish market.

This cottage is located in a resort, built like a modern pueblo blanco, the urbanizacion is 2 years old and is in the process of growing in with Andalusian plants.

There is a 17 m long community pool with sunbathing area under young palm trees.

Setting

The Costa de la Luz is perhaps still the most natural coastal area of Andalusia, with magnificent beaches and authentic, Andalusian, relaxed life.

Over 300 sunny days a year, with an annual average temperature of 19°C.
Due to the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, it does not get too hot near the sea even in high summer.
On the contrary, the last hot summers in Western Europe were not as pleasant as on the Costa de la Luz.

It is close to many famous sights, such as the 3000 year old university city of Cadiz, Seville, Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar, Malaga and Cordoba.

Activities and attractions

Water sports like kiting, surfing, sailing and surfing are ideal.

Golf lovers and equestrians will find many very good offers, for every category.

Hikers, beach runners and cyclists will be very happy to find great spots.
