Welcome to this great villa for 8 people, with private pool on the outskirts of Alcúdia.Surrounded by pure nature and greenery, the exterior area of this house invites to rest. You can recharge your body and mind every morning with a delicious breakfast and then spend the morning basking in the sun on the 8 sun loungers and swimming in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.9 metres. Then, the porch becomes the perfect place to enjoy a succulent barbecue. You will also find a bathroom with a shower outside. The property is fenced and there is total privacy.

The two-storey house meets you in a rustic dining area. Then, you find the kitchen that features a ceramic hob, all needed utensils to cook and exit to the outside. You also find a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with twin beds. The stairs feature baby safety barriers. On the first floor, you have the living room -where you can watch the TV (satellite channels and Smart TV) or listen to some music-, another bathroom with a tub and two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is a closet in each bedroom as well as an AC unit. Finally, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, 2 fans, a baby cot and a high-chair complete the equipment.

The location of this house is perfect if you love the countryside, the nature, the peace and the sea at the same time, since this is located just 6 km from the town of Alcudia and 6 km from Puerto de Alcudia. The coastal area offers all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Alcanada, about 10.2 km away, boasts one of the best golf courses in the island.
