The accommodation
Rural house located in the region of Sanabria, in a wooded and quiet village called Cerdillo de Sanabria, which is 2.5 km north of the village of Trefacio.
It has 134 square metres on two floors.
Ground floor with kitchen (with two pantries), living room (large wooden table / seating for 10 people) and bathroom.
The upper floor has four bedrooms (all of them with wardrobes, in 3 of them there are beds of 1,35 (one of them electrically articulated) and the 4th with two beds), and a complete bathroom.
The house is located in the centre of the village.
Very quiet area, no noise.
Parking: the house does not have private parking and / or garage but you can park near the house without problems.
Places of interest:
-Puebla de Sanabria, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
-Rihonor de Castilla. Beautiful and curious border village. Half of the village belongs to Spain and the other half to Portugal.
-Braganza. Portuguese town noted for its huge castle and impressive tower.
-Lake Sanabria, with several beaches suitable for bathing, water activities can be developed.
-Rivers suitable for swimming.
-Iberian Wolf Centre.
Sanabria Lake (zip-line park).
-Hiking routes (Sotillo waterfall, fish lake...).
-Guided mycological routes.
The climate in summer is normally warm during the day and cool at night.

Excelente casa rural en Cerdillo
Muy buena casa para pasar unos días en un entorno natural y maravilloso como los bosques de la puebla de sanabria. La llegada es muy buena ya que abel siempre está pendiente de resolver tus dudas. Está perfectamente aprovechada y cada rincón decorado con gusto. La cocina tiene de todo. Y cuando digo de todo es tal cual. Raclettera, cafeteras, ollas, sartenes, menaje completo, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, etc. De igual manera los baños cuentan con secador y hasta un reductor para el wc de los más pequeños. Los colchones son buenos (alguna habitación tiene cama articulada) y hay ropa suficiente (edredones, mantas). La calefacción es sencillamente espectacular. Calienta muy rápido y de manera muy eficiente. Hay que bajarla porque pasas calor por la noche si no lo haces. Las tv son grandes y se ven bien. Las zonas comunes cuentan con mesa grande muchas sillas y sofás muy comodos. A destacar que la casa cuenta con un colchón autohinchable de cortesía que nos vino fenomenal para el niño
