We have two cozy and very spacious houses (Dunas and Numancia 12), with all the comforts, in the beautiful Sierra Oeste of Madrid. Come and enjoy nature, just 1 hour from the city of Madrid.

- IMPORTANT NOTE: All people (guests and guests of guests) who spend the night in the rural house must pay a supplement.
- Pets (upon request) and late check-out will have a supplement.
- Groups of less than 8 people (Dunas and, or less than 6 people (Numancia 12) are not accepted.
- We do not have individual towels, only towels in the bathrooms.
The environment

With irregular lines and delicate constructions, these are the streets that form the urban center of the town. On its most important roads you can see the typical mountain architecture with stone walls and beautiful balconies. Every route has a common starting point, the Plaza de la Constitución, the nerve center of Santa María de la Alameda. There stands, dominating the space, the Town Hall, built in the 19th century.

Activities and attractions

In front of it stands the church of Nuestra Señora de la Alameda, a mixture of Gothic and Baroque styles, it was built in the 16th century. Special mention deserves the altarpiece of the main altar, the masonry apse with granite ashlar buttresses and the ribbed vault of the chancel, jewels of a building that had to be restored after the Civil War.

One of its most significant civil works is the old station built in 1863, of which the passenger building and the dock are still preserved. A beautiful construction that served as a stop on the railway route between Madrid and Ávila, whose walls seem to tell about thousands of stories of travelers who stopped there throughout the years of fervent activity.
