The accommodation

It is a house combined with stone which has two floors. On the ground floor we find a bedroom with a private bathroom, and then a kitchen, dining room and living room, with direct access to the terraces, pool, and barbecue, with large windows and lots of light. In the upper part another bedroom with bathroom and a TV room.

On the upper floor we find a bedroom with a double bed of 1.90cm by 2.00cm (king size), and a private bathroom. In the lower bedroom a double bed of 1.80 by 1.90, also with a private bathroom. In addition to two additional double sofa beds in the living room. All beds are comfortable and have quality mattresses. The house is strictly cleaned and disinfected with alcohol.
Attached to the terraces we find a solarium and a barbecue area. With tables, chairs and pergolas to enjoy the atmosphere and the views of the area.
The house has a modern television and Internet, bedding, and towels, as well as crockery, cutlery, and necessary utensils

Located in a rural area, very close to the sea, with a panoramic view of the valley, it is an ideal place to those who want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation.
The sunsets and sunrises are impressive, the night stars can be seen with great clarity due to the absence of polluting ambient lights.

This house is located in a country area, it is very well located, 5 minutes by car from the town of Santa Margalida and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Muro, Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, etc.

We don't have animals on the farm, but the neighbors do. We do not have pets, but being a country area we can sometimes find free-range cats asking for food, sheep, donkeys, horses, in short, some animals that are found on neighboring farms or free in the area.

Golf lovers will also find several courses within a 20-minute drive at Aucanada, Cap de Pera and Canyamel.

With beautiful and impressive views on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, the country house is in a perfect location between the lively tourist town of Can Picafort and the quiet town of Santa Margarita.

Quiet finca with air conditioning (heat pump) and private pool away from noise, with spectacular of the mountains, 8 km from the best beaches in Spain according to various magazines (Playas de Muro). Two-story stone house. On the ground floor, a room with a double bed of 180 x 150 cm. with access to the bathroom, kitchen and dining room with large windows, in the great room there are two double sofa beds.
On the first floor, a living room with a large sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

The accommodation is located in a rural area, on a 14,000 m2 farm, very close to sea areas, with a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains in the background, it is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation.
The sunsets illuminate the mountains in various pink colors and the sunrises are impressive, the night stars can be seen with great clarity due to the absence of polluting lights from the environment. If it is moonlight, you can see it among the mountains when you leave.
The opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the pool, sunbathe or have breakfast or dinner "al fresco" in the air in the afternoons will make your vacation unforgettable.
