Villa Sa Bassa is a lovely Mallorca villa on two floors, located 1 minute from Calonge and 3 km from Cala Do'r and marvelous coves. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

This delightful traditional Mallorca house, in the country, set amongst olive trees, is only a few minutes from the coast and offers everything needed to enjoy holidays on Mallorca.

Villa Sa Bassa is light and spacious. All the rooms on both floors provide functionality and comfort in equal parts. Upstairs, one of the 3 bedrooms has access to a large terrace with views showing how close you are to the sea, and all the rooms are homely and light. The downstairs rooms can be explained in terms of size, charm, facilities and light. The kitchen, living room and dining room all have direct access outside. It should be easy to imagine yourself in these rooms, and also on the grand veranda, in the garden, in the solarium and the swimming pool. And what abut the little building set apart from the main house: a versatile space that can be used as a meditation space, for yoga, reading or even as a dining room. It's an oasis of peace and quiet! However, if you are also looking for action, excursions and beaches, then Villa Sa Bassa has plenty to offer.

Layout:

Downstairs: Entrance hall, living-dining room, large open-plan kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. From the living-dining room and kitchen, there is direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (one with terrace and solarium) with double beds, 2 double bedrooms with twin beds, 2 bathrooms (one with bath). All the bedrooms have views to the sea.

Outside: garden with large swimming pool and solarium, veranda and separate building for various uses.

Eco-friendly Villa:

This villa is eco-friendly and to take care of the environment there is an automatic air conditioning and/or heating system that you can turn it on/off in the following times. Included in the price there are 12 hours of air conditioning or heating at the following times: From 13:00-16:00h and from 22:00h to 07:00h.

If you wish to have 24 hours of air conditioning or heating at your disposal it could be also possible, but there would be an extra charge of: 25€/day.

Well, nowhere is very far on Mallorca, and although you will feel a long way from the world, you are only a minute from a lovely village (Calonge), with its charming streets and 11 km from Santanyí, famous for its Wednesday and Saturday markets, as well as the nearby beaches of Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, or the fishing village of Cala Figuera.
