The accommodation

This is a stunning, stylish, spacious villa with spectacular views, located 9 km north from Ibiza Town, in a peaceful residential area. The 200m2 one-level-villa with alarm system is built on a spacious, 3000m2 fenced plot surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.

The villa counts with a spacious living room with a fireplace, cosy sofa, TV, Satellite and free Wi-Fi and with a fully equipped stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher) with a dining area.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the house as follows:
- First bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Third and fourth bedrooms with 2-2 individual beds.
- There is another bathroom with bathtub.
There are washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board in the finca.

Adjacent to the living room there is a covered porch with dining and lounge area where you can enjoy some tapas with a refreshing cocktail admiring the magnificent views of this magic island. You can also take advantage of the BBQ that is a perfect to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors in the company of your family and friends.

In the exterior you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting, large swimming pool (4,10m x 6m) area surrounded by sunbeds and sunshades. There is a shower by the pool area for your comfort as well.

The villa is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Villa, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.
It is perfect for families, group friends and couples, seeking relaxation but also fun, and for those looking for a private heaven away from the hustle and bustle in the city.

Setting

The villa is located at approximately 9 km to the north of Ibiza Town, in a quiet, luxurious residential area – approximately 15-20 minutes to the Ibiza Airport and 7-10 minutes to Ibiza Town.

It is conveniently situated in a quiet spot, close to the airport, Ibiza town and the best beaches in the island such as Talamanca beach, Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Playa d´en Bossa and Las Salinas. Deep Turquoise waters and powdery white sands: a true paradise. Restaurants and other recreational facilities are also nearby.

Activities and attractions

In Ibiza Town you can stroll through the winding lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, atmosphere of Ibiza by night; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in one of the many restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action; you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches.
