Newly refurbished and with a nice design style, it has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 1,60 bed and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.A spacious living-dining room with sofas, flat-screen TV, wifi and table for 4 people and a balcony terrace with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with utility room.

Among the equipment, we find a wi-fi internet connection, flat-screen tv in the living room, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc... for a pleasant stay with the family.

The key handover and our team
The keys are handed over at the accommodation, a person will do the reception and hand over the keys. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone and at the times indicated.
Location
Located in the area of Parque Europa, ideal to move comfortably to any beach of Puerto de Santa Maria as well as to the center and leisure areas, you can move on foot both to the beach (15 minutes to La Puntilla), as well as to the leisure areas, restaurants, and supermarket located a few meters from the urbanization.
How to get around the area
If you wish to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. Given the location, you can get to any beach in Puerto de Santa Maria in less than 10 minutes, as well as to Rota or Chipiona in only 35 minutes. You can enjoy an excellent restaurant in the center of the El Puerto on foot, and if you feel like you can take a nice trip to Cadiz by ferry across the Bay of Cadiz which takes only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And even if it takes you more than an hour it is advisable if you are in the area, to visit the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca, or Zahara de Los Atunes.
