The accommodation
Recently renovated and refurbished. 7th floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 double) both with built-in wardrobes, and 1 full bathroom, fully equipped independent kitchen, large living-dining room (enabled to sleep two more people).Natural sun all around, since in each room there are large windows with spectacular views. All exterior, enjoys sun all day, warm in winter, and very cool and ventilated in summer. It has all the comforts, TV, kitchenware, bedding, etc.
Very quiet building, with very few neighbors. 2 elevators, small garden area with private outdoor shower and swimming pool (almost always alone) and private outdoor parking.
It is rented only for seasons. Indicative prices winter months 700 euros.

Excelente apartamento
Apartamento muy cómodo (buenos colchones), práctico y con buena orientación lo que hace que sea fresco en los días cálidos. Está situado a una altura bastante buena que hace que no se oigan los ruidos de la calle que además es de por sí en una zona tranquila, aunque muy cerquita del Mercadona y próxima a las zonas comerciales, playa y la avenida de acceso a Benidorm. El apartamento tiene piscina bien mantenida y limpia y durante las dos semanas que estuvimos allí apenas coincidimos con vecinos, casi como si fuera privada. La propietaria es una chica muy simpática y agradable que nos atendió muy bien.
