The Accommodation
Recently refurbished and with a nice design style, it has 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 1,60 bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a terrace and a double bed, a third bedroom with a trundle bed and the fourth bedroom with a bunk bed, all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
A large living room with sofas, beach screen TV and wifi and table for eight people. Open plan kitchen with window to the garden and fully equipped. In addition to the aforementioned terrace, there is another terrace of 25 m2 with a table and chairs and awning.
Equipment
Among the equipment, we find a wifi internet connection, flat-screen tv in the living room, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc... for a pleasant stay with the family.

The accommodation is located in a residential area with four swimming pools, two of them for children, large garden areas and car parks.

The delivery of keys is usually done at the accommodation, a person will do the reception and delivery of keys. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone and at the times indicated.
Location
Located in El Ancla, next to the most beautiful beaches of Puerto de Santa Maria, you can move on foot both to the beach and to the leisure areas, restaurants, and supermarkets located a few meters from the urbanization.
How to get around the area
If you wish to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. Given the location, you can get to Rota or Chipiona in only 15 minutes. You can enjoy excellent restaurants in the center of the Port and it is only a 10-minute drive and if you fancy a trip to Cadiz by ferry across the Bay it will take you only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And even if it takes you more than an hour it is advisable if you are in the area to visit the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca, and Zahara de Los Atunes.
