The accommodation

Casa Bellavista has a capacity for 14 people. It is located in Caldes de Malavella, on the Costa Brava. In a quiet environment and in a fully equipped urbanization. A lot of comfort, the whole house on one floor; furnished, equipped kitchen with barbecue, living room with fireplace and 55" TV (with Smart TV, Netflix), 3 double bedrooms, and a suite with games room (billiards); 2 full bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with hydromassage shower column). 750 m2 garden with recently built 9x5 private pool with hydromassage bench, bunk bed, waterfall and a slide. Built-in barbecue area in the garden, ping-pong table. WI-FI connection. free AC and heating View from the garden to the natural animal park (deer, peacocks, emus).
The house is fully perimeter fenced.

Setting

The house has a garden in the front part and a small porch with a bench, and in the back part, the garden where the private pool of the house measures 9x5 meters with waterfall and slide, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, a tent with lights and 2 tables (1 large and 1 small), with terrace chairs, 7 pool hammocks, and beautiful views of a natural park with deer, emus, and peacocks. We have space inside the house to park 2 cars, and there is plenty of free space to park in front of the house. In addition, we have access to the community area / sports club (subject to availability), which has a large pool and children's pool, tennis courts, children's area with swings and games, soccer goals, volleyball, basketball, and a bar- restaurant. It is a very quiet area to spend a few days relaxing in the countryside, but very close to the main beaches of the Costa Brava

Located 16 km from the beautiful beach of Tossa de Mar, and 19 km from Playa de Aro, S'Agaró, Lloret de Mar (where you can do various water activities), Blanes, etc. 20 km from Girona airport, 25 km from Girona city, 15 km from Caldes de Malavella PGA golf course, and 40 minutes from Barcelona. It is close to several places to visit, for hiking and mountain biking, such as the Hermitage Santuari de Sant Maurici, the Castell de Malavella, the thermal route of Caldes, or the Can Llop reservoir.
