In the immediate vicinity of Baja Sardinia, a few steps from the small port of Cala Bitta and the main attractions of the Costa Smeralda. The apartment is a 60m2 three-room apartment in a quiet area with well-kept gardens and a large shared swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with new sofa, kitchenette with kitchen replaced in 2019, two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and recently changed sanitary ware, two beautiful terraces, one facing the Mediterranean scrub scented with rosemary, myrtle and other wild plants with intense aromas and its unique scents and the other with a sea view over the Gulf of Arzachena, Capo D'Orso, the island of Maddalena and Caprera.
“The prevailing feeling is that it seems to be immersed in a postcard.”The apartment is located a short distance from the sea, just 160 m. as the crow flies, in a strategic position very close to the most important locations and venues of the Costa Smeralda such as Baja Sardinia, Porto Cervo, Liscia di Vacca, Poltu Quatu, Porto Rotondo and the famous beaches of Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, il Principe, Cala di Volpe, Romazzino, Pevero. On foot you can reach the beaches of the Hotel Cala Bitta, some in their natural state and a small islet very close by which can be reached with a few swimming strokes. At the tourist ports of Cala Bitta and Cannigione you can rent dinghies and boats and take sailing and diving courses, diving on the famous Lavezzi grouper shoal, or you can board the motorboat for an excursion to Caprera (Thaiti), La Maddalena, Spargi, Budelli, (the mantle of the Madonna) Razzoli and Santa Maria.
If you have a dinghy or a trailerable boat, you can launch it directly in the small port of Cala Bitta below which is equipped with a launching slide and you can see and control it from home, alternatively you can rent it. The Costa Smeralda is famous for its sea and lush nature and this is why here it is possible to have a wide choice of things to do and see. Nearby there are the best beaches of the Emerald Coast such as; PORTO SOLE, CALA BATTISTONI, CALA GRANU, LA CONIA, CAPRICCIOLI, PICCOLO AND GRANDE PEVERO, SPIAGGIA DEL PRINCIPE, LA CELVIA, LISCIA RUJA, ROMAZZINO, and for sport and free time, you can practice SNORKELING, DIVING, you can rent boats and dinghies, go windsurfing and kitesurfing and obviously shopping. While for the evening there are the best restaurants, clubs and discos such as the Ritual Club, Phi Beach, Country Club, Billionaire, Sottovento and others.
