The accommodation

A plantation of fruit and ornamental trees surround this fantastic rural estate. It is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious and pleasant living room, a very complete kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs. On the upper floor of the house there is a bathroom and two bedrooms with pleasant views of the garden. The Holiday Cottage consist of:

* 3 bedrooms with double bed
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and cot
* Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker and mixer.
* The living room has satellite TV and music equipment.
* Electric heating
* For stays longer than 10 nights, the change of sheets and towels is offered if the clients of the house wish it.
* Pets are allowed with a supplement of 15 euros / night to be paid on arrival.
* Outside the house you can enjoy barbecue and private pool surrounded by large garden areas, terrace and sun loungers.
* Cleaning supplement of 150 euros per stay payable on arrival.
The Rural House is located in a property that has 20,200 m², located in the Agaete Valley, a place of peculiar beauty. The surroundings of this house offer many outdoor possibilities: beach 2km, half an hours walk to la laguna "El Charco Azul" and many other paths. The area forms part of the protected nature reserve of Tamadaba. As well as the area of Agaete and the capital of the island Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, it is an ideal place for public transportation.
