The accommodation

Our apartments are new two-room apartments, in a completely wooden, eco-compatible house, powered by photovoltaic panels. All apartments have a large double bedroom, bathroom with large shower, exit to the garden or balcony, large living room with kitchen equipped with everything.The Girasole apartment is equipped for disabled people and has the possibility of having an additional double bedroom with private bathroom, for a total of 6 beds.
Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer, American coffee machine.
Double rooms with private bathroom are also available in the B&B. Our house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature and just 350 meters from the beach, 800 meters from the town center, San Felice del Benaco, 200 meters from the ancient sanctuary of Carmine and only 1 km. from the beach of Manerba del Garda with its long walk. Naturally the lake is the main attraction of the area, but also the many local festivals, fireworks, the cities of art which are only 1 hour, 1.5 hours from here (Brescia, Verona, Cremona, Trento, Venice, Bergamo); amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and the Sigurtà garden park are just 45 minutes from here and the various water parks for all tastes and budgets.
