Additionally there is a multipurpose passage room with a 1.40 x 2 m sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, work table with chair and 31.5 "curved monitor for PC and Videogames, with Fire TV.

All bedrooms have all brand new furniture, beds with high quality mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans and individual radiators. The villa is delivered with all beds dressed in excellent quality bedding.

The four bathrooms have exterior windows, designer furniture, as well as high-quality Egyptian cotton washbasin and bath towels.

The bedrooms with direct access to the garden and pool have large sliding doors, finding a terrace area and views of the lush garden and pool.

Living room, dining room and modern kitchen with island, which share the same space with three rooms and with direct access to a 60 m2 porch through two large sliding glass doors. A Welcome Book is provided with user manuals and information on all the activities that can be carried out in the surroundings. It has a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Covid-19: In the village we follow the Hygienic / Sanitary measures implemented by the Ministry of Health, having the Certificate of Safe Andalusia and also making hydroalcoholic gel and disposable gloves available to guests.

Villa located in a quiet residential area 10 min walk from the historic center of Marbella, where you can visit the famous Plaza de los Naranjos, walk through the narrow streets of the historic center and visit the most important church in the city. 15 min walk from the beach of Marbella and the marina. In this area you will find many restaurants and shops. In the marina you will find bars and pubs to enjoy the good weather and the nightlife. 5 min by car from Puerto Banús.

Activities and attractions

Marbella area has a unique micro-climate on the Costa del Sol, with minimum temperatures of 13º C and maximum temperatures of 38º C, with an average annual temperature of 18.7º C.
