The apartment is located in the Skol Building, located on the beachfront and less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town.
This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The apartment has two terraces: one of them is a solarium terrace with sun loungers; and the other terrace features a dining area and gas BBQ.

The apartment has large windows with sea views in all the rooms, which makes the apartment very bright and with views to the sea from any point of the apartment.
The living room features two separate areas. One area with dining table, sofa and TV; and the other area completely separated to the other by a furniture with the others two beds.
The bright master bedroom has a large window with sea views and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nescafe machine and all kitchen utensils needed.

The apartment has two terraces: one of them is a solarium terrace with sun loungers; and the other terrace features a dining area and gas BBQ. From both terraces of the apartment you have views to the sea and the promenade of Marbella.

The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, the Skol building. This building has a large garden area with sunbeds and three swimming pools.
The building is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the promenade, where you will find most of the restaurants and shops in the area.
~ Restaurants and shops
The restaurant Los Mellizos is a 1 minute walk from the flat, where you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of seafood and paella.
Nearby you can also find Lekune Tapas Restaurant or Taberna Gaspar restaurant, a very well known restaurants in Marbella. This restaurant is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
On the beach you will find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious fish, seafood and paella.
The Maskom or Supercor supermarket (400 m) is only a short distance walking from the apartment. The supermarket Mercadona is located 500 m from the apartment.
Cripan cafeteria/bakery is 5 minutes walk from the flat, where you can buy bread and pastries. On the promenade you have many restaurants and cafes to have breakfast.

From the apartment you can walk to the old town of Marbella and the Orange Square. In the narrow streets of the old town of Marbella you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafes.
The Harbour of Marbella is 5 minute walk from the flat.
Puerto Banus harbour is less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. Over there you'll reach one of the most luxury places on Costa del Sol. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore, you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting restaurants and bars of Marbella. The promenade of Marbella is located just in front of the building.
If you would like to take a boat trip, you can ask us and we will give you price for a boat charter experience with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the journey.
