The accommodation

VILLA BALNEARIA RESORT. It is a fantastic holiday complex suitable for families with children.
We are the owners, not an agency. High standing villa located in a privileged area of ​​the Costa Dorada, in a very quiet area, close to important tourist centers and 2 minutes from the beach, in the select Rustical Balneari Urbanization of Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona).
The Villa is included in the core of a 13,500 m2 farm, completely fenced, which makes it independent from other farms. All kinds of private leisure-sports activities for the exclusive use of guests, with: outdoor SWIMMING POOL (15x8 m) with JACUZZI attached to the pool, TENNIS COURT, MINI FRONTÓN training, FOOTBALL FIELD, WATER VOLLEYBALL IN THE POOL, MINI GOLF, PING-PONG (table tennis), BADMINTON, PETANCA and children's area.
Also on the outside, it has a full bathroom (with two showers and a changing room), a fully equipped kitchen, all on a large porch. Next to the porch there is a large three-burner barbecue.
In the outdoor area there are different environments, terrace-solarium, main porch, gazebos on both sides of the porch and any space in the palm and pine forest.
The house formed by a single plant with easy access.
The house has a habitable 151 m2 and consists of:
- 5 bedrooms, with capacity for 12 people, a baby and with the possibility of adding two extra extra beds.

- Room for washing, drying and ironing, with direct access to the kitchen and the outside.
- Large living-dining room, exquisitely decorated, with a reading corner with two rocking chairs, a dining room for 12/14 people and a living room with two sofas, a fireplace and TV.
- The dining room communicates with the corridor from where you can access the bedrooms and bathrooms.
- The house has Wi-Fi.
- Three TVs, one on the outside porch, another in the living-dining room and one in room number 4.
- In room number 5 there is a study room.
- The house has air conditioning in the living room and hallway and central heating.
- 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms no. 1 and 4.
- The facilities have all kinds of material to practice the different activities, tennis rackets, ping-pong paddles, minigolf sticks, badminton rackets.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Domestic pets are allowed with prior notice.
Mass celebrations, bachelor parties and other events with more people than those who hire the villa are not allowed.

Villa Balneari Resort is in a small and quiet urbanization, Rústical Balneari c/ Pica d'Estats 5, in the municipality of Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona). It is accessed from the T-323 road, 500 m from the N-340 and 500 m from the A-7 exit 1138.
Located 1,200 m from the beach and 4.5 km from the urban center of Mont-roig del Camp.
5 km from the center of Cambrils and 12 km from Salou, as tourist centers.
15 km from the city of Reus, an important commercial center.
20 km from the capital, Tarragona.
