The accommodation

This is a beach villa with a backyard and pool, only **5 minute walk from Troia beach** (400m) and 15 minutes drive from Comporta. This two-storey villa is ready to host 12 guests, sleeping in 5 bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite (please note that one of the bedrooms has a separate external entrance).

There are two dining areas, inside and by the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a Delta Q (capsules).Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

Note that one of the En-Suite rooms can only be access by the garden. No internal connection to the main house

Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels & WiFi internet are included. ´

Fiber optic Wifi internet measured speed was (92.83 Mbps) next to the router. please note that the wifi might not reach to cover all the house.

**MINIMUM STAY**

7 nights - high season (from 8th June until 14th September) - periods from Sunday to Sunday only
5 nights - until 8th June and after 14th September

**House Rules**
Just like in a car, children of ALL ages and babies count as people. More people than the maximum number established will NOT be permitted in the accommodation.

Please note that the garage is not available for parking.

Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
