The accommodation

Casa Gardenia has two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a large living room with open kitchen; restored in 2007 in full Mediterranean style, the house is furnished and equipped with all the necessary services.

Outside there is a comfortable garden with barbecue area, outdoor shower and a beautiful panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea; all surrounded by centuries-old oaks and pines.

Villa Teresa Country Lodges are located in Capo Vaticano – Calaria, a renowned area for its stunning scenery, beaches, food and drink.

The Holiday Homes ae quietly situated in a mediterranean garden of about 8000 square meters dotted with pines, cypresses, olive trees and prickly pears. The estate is made up of four distinct residences that guarantees our guests absolute privacy; in addition to the main house and the caretakers' house there are two holiday homes, Casa Gardenia and Casa Bouganville. The perfect place for a romantic treat, a relaxing holiday and the ideal base from which to explore the local area “Costa degli Dei” and the nearby Tropea.

Activities and attractions

Villa Teresa is a five minute walk from the village San Nicolò which boasts supermarkets, a butcher, a Bar, Restaurants, a post office shop, cash machine and petrol station. The world renowed holiday destiation Tropea with its beaches and the beautiful city centre is a 10 minutes drive away.
