The accommodation

Located in Sa Marina, a small village about 7 km from the center of Budoni, these two solutions enjoy a large garden with lawn and sea view. The location is ideal for those who do not want to give up tranquility but want to have all the comforts in the immediate vicinity. Access is via a secondary road with a small dirt stretch. Parking available both internally and on the street. The two villas are separated by a shared porch with a small relaxation area. The outdoor patio offers a dining area with sea view and leads to the kitchen area, which is bright, spacious and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, hob and oven. In the sleeping area we have 2 bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom and the second with single beds. The bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the services of this solution which also has TV and wi-fi connection. The houses are not equipped with air conditioning. Maximum occupancy 4 people. No pets. The two solutions are divided by a shared porch where there is a small relaxation area. The garden, very large, although unique, is well divided into spaces so that everyone can have access to an area for exclusive use. The small village of Sa Marina is under development, therefore the urbanizations have not been completed and services and shops present. For this reason, to access the facilities it is necessary to travel along a small dirt road (20 metres) and it is essential to have a car with you.
