It is located in the urbanization of La Manzanera, built by Ricardo Bofill, near the buildings of the famous Muralla Roja, Xanadu and El Anfiteatro. Views to the sea and the Peñón, in the same village of Calpe, near supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, squares, parks and the golden sandy beaches like Los Pinos and Arenal, to which you can go for a walk, at 300m, no car needed.

Activities and attractions

Located a few metres from the bus stop (Guagua), which takes you in a short time to all areas of Calpe, including the train and buses that can take you on a tourist trip to Alicante and Denia, passing through Altea, Benidorm and all the towns along the way. Also to the beach of La Fossa on the other side of the Rock and the ecological promenade.
