LARGE AND ELEGANT LUXURY VILLA WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OVER THE SEA AND PRIVATE POOL IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) for up to 14 people.

LAY OUT: This beautiful villa is distributed on three floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor we will find a large bright space with light colors and wide windows that lead to the pool terrace. In this space we will find the living room with luxurious and comfortable sofas of light colors and a flat TV, as well as a modern and open kitchen with an island where we can have breakfast together. The decoration of this newly renovated villa is made with a delicate and luxurious taste, the whole villa is modern and cozy. The rooms follow the style of the rest of the villa, full of light and light colors where we will rest in maximum comfort and luxury. On this floor we find three rooms, the first one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both of them with en suite bathrooms and we will find a third room with a sofa bed for two people. We will go up to the first floor through the modern interior staircase to find a large and bright room whose structure reflects the structure of the lower floor, this wonderful room is the living-dining room with comfortable sofas and a small table to have a snack and a colorful carpet and next to it we will find a modern glass table with 6 chairs and an elegant library as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. We will find on this floor two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and both have access to the terrace. On the last upper floor we find two bedrooms with double beds , each one with en suite bathrooms, these bedrooms have beautiful views over the pool and a sea of ​​pines trees followed by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

EXTERIOR: This elegant villa has a beautiful terrace with a pool which we will access from the ground floor, we will find in this terrace a nice table with chairs sheltered from the sun and a chill out area with comfortable sofas to enjoy the warm summer nights. We will also enjoy delicious meals thanks to the barbecue and the outdoor kitchen and we will be able to relax on the elegant light wooden bench with small table from which we will have beautiful views over the swimming pool and the fantastic waterfall followed by the splendid views over the bright Mediterranean Sea.
