The accommodation
This is an Air Conditioned beach apartment with access to communal pool and balconies, only 2 minutes walk from the Estuary beach (80m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This first floor apartment is ready to host 6 guests, sleeping in 3 bedrooms, one of them ensuite and with two extra bathrooms. Please note that two bedrooms have small double beds.
There are two dining areas, inside and on the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Delta Q coffee machine (capsules).
Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels and internet WiFi are included.
BBQ is not allowed in this apartment.
**MINIMUM STAY**
7 nights - high season (from 26th May to 19th September) - periods from Sunday to Sunday only
5 nights - until 26th May and after 19th September
Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
Please note that a security deposit of 500€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card)
