Setting

Countryside and castles everywhere, the closest is that of Gabiano, still inhabited by the noble owners, where you can buy excellent wine, visit the cellars, the park and the interior, accompanied by a guide.
Almost every village has its own castle and cellars, because here it is part of the Monferrato, chosen a few years ago as a World Heritage Site by Unesco, for the landscapes and the excellent quality of the wines.
A few kilometers away is the world capital of rice: Vercelli
At the top of each hill there is often a church, only from our terrace you can see as many as 5.

Activities and attractions

Walks in the countryside, visits to castles and cellars, to taste some of the best wines in the world. A few kilometers towards Vercelli there are large rice fields of excellent quality. Everywhere small trattorias offer typical dishes.
Those with strong legs can do some cycling, but, be careful, the house is on top of a small hill, easy to leave and very hard to come back!
