The accommodation

Wonderful house for 8 people, facing the sun and the sea. You can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and Positano. Has a total living space of 90 square and includes a private terrace with sea view, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

Located in "Li Parlati" a historic neighborhood at the top of Positano. To reach the villa from the main street, you must climb about 250 steps through olive groves and gardens.

You’ll be in a pedestrianised area, around 1 km from Positano, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop with services running between Amalfi and Sorrento. You’ll find the closest beach around 1 km away.

A car is not needed for your stay at Villa Anna, but if you do arrive by car, you’ll be able to the park for a fee in a private car park in the centre (reservation is required).

THE PRIVATE TERRACE is furnished with a small table and chairs. From the terrace you’ll be able to enjoy a wonderful view of Positano’s Spiaggia Grande beach, the coast and the sea.

THE LOUNGE is bright and spacious, and the furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Here you will find a double sofa bed, a table and chairs for six people, a television, and a kitchen area. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The kitchen area is fitted with a four-hob gas stove, a gas oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave, moka coffee pot, americano coffee machine, toaster and other small appliances. From the lounge you have access via three French windows onto the terrace, which has a view of the sea and Positano.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and a television. From here you have access via a French window onto the sea view terrace. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and a television. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access is via the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed and a television. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access is via the corridor.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, shower and hairdryer. Access is via the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, shower and hairdryer. Access is via the corridor.

Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 1,50 Euros per person, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Not suitable for elderly.
- Due to the high number of stairs, we suggest you book the luggage service in advance. The fee is of 10,00 Euros per luggage.
