Villa Lia with Private Pool, Garden and Parking

The accommodation

VILLA LIA is a stylish and refined three-storey detached house surrounded by greenery. It can accommodate up to 10 people and features a private swimming pool, private terrace, private garden, air conditioning, parking, heating and Wi-Fi.

You’ll be in the centre of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and public transport. Just a few metres away is the bus stop for the EAV service running between Sorrento Marina Piccola (port), Sorrento station and Sant'Agnello.

You won’t need a car to stay at Villa Lia, but, if you do come by car, you’ll be able to park for free on the premises in a reserved, covered parking space in a fenced yard.

You will get to Villa Lia from the parking area by climbing 10 easy steps.

THE PRIVATE POOL measures 8 x 4 m and ranges from 1.20 m to 1.70 m deep. The pool area features an outdoor shower and sunbeds. The pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of October.

THE PRIVATE GARDEN features a barbecue, various seating areas, a table with chairs and a parasol. You access the garden from the living room or the kitchen.

BASEMENT

THE LOUNGE has a living area with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a TV, a small pool table and a small dining table with chairs. There is also a sleeping area, where you’ll find two single beds and a lovely wardrobe. The bathroom contains a basin, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM is very large and bright, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling French doors and the two windows, through which you’ll be able to admire a wonderful view from almost every corner of the entire floor. The living area includes two very comfortable sofas, a TV and a beautiful dining table with chairs just in front of an absolutely beautiful huge fireplace made of precious marble, the perfect blend of modernity and tradition with a touch of luxury throughout the whole villa. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating.

THE KITCHEN contains everything you could imagine, including a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and much more. There is also an extra dining table with chairs. The kitchen has easy access to the pool area via a glass door, and just outside there is a table with chairs for outdoor dining or just a morning breakfast by the pool.

UPPER FLOOR

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and a TV, and the room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a balcony. You access the bedroom from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a basin, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and a TV, and the room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a balcony. You access the bedroom from the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM, WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM, contains a double bed (on request, this can become two single beds) and a TV. The bathroom contains a double basin, toilet, bidet, hydromassage bath and hairdryer. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. You access the bedroom from the corridor.

Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
