The accommodation

VILLA LOCATED IN MORAIRA, BENIMEIT (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For up to 10 guests.

LAYOUT: The entrance of the villa give us access to the wide living room with a seating area where the large windows provide a breathtaking 180 degree view. A large table with dining facility for 10 people is situated in the middle of the dining room. Next to it, we will find a sofa with three seats, an armchair and a television. On this level we will also find a guest toilet and a library. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make delicious meals. An indoor staircase brings us down to five bedrooms: three have a double bed and all have en suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each one and one of them has an en suite bathroom too. The other bathroom is situated in the corridor. All the bathrooms are equipped with showers. From four bedrooms we have sea views and we will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. On this floor, we also find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

EXTERIOR: Benimagia is a new built and modern villa with minimalist finish quality. The villa is located in an elevated position in Moraira, Benimeit. Come and enjoy the impressive panoramic views of the sea, from El Portet to the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe! The south-facing location of the villa guarantees sun throughout the day and offers privacy for a pleasant holiday away from everything.

The entire main floor opens onto a very spacious terrace surrounding almost the whole villa with several relax areas under the sun or under the shade. If we go out through a window situated in the living room, we will find outside a dining table and its chairs protected by a roof as well as a chill out area. Some steps lead to the 9x4 infinity pool surrounded by a large sun terrace. You will find sun loungers as well as an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue in the pool area.
