The accommodation
WONDERFUL VILLA LOCATED IN ALTEA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For up to 8 people.
LAY OUT: The Beach House villa, spread over two floors, offers Mediterranean comfort and luxury. The main entrance gives access to a very spacious open space. The living-dining room, with a table and chairs to share meals and on our right a large sofa with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace. On the right we will find the American kitchen, a huge room that represents a space of life, exchange and conviviality. Some wide window doors bring brightness into the room as well as magnificent views of the pool and the garden. On our left is a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. Finally on this level, passing through the living room, we will access a double room with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This room has direct access to the pool. We access the upper floor through some stairs located in the living room. On the right, the dressing room gives access to the matrimonial suite with a double bed and a terrace overlooking the pool. The bathrooAbahana Villas Beach Housem has an imposing bathtub, the perfect place to relax. On our left is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
EXTERIOR: Located at the entrance to the property, a covered parking space for two vehicles. The garden is all around the property, it is composed of different trees and plants of the region, it offers a lot of freshness. The swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers invites us to sunbathe. A chill-out lounge with low armchairs and sofas to share a refreshment. Nearby, sheltered from the sun, is a large table with chairs to share meals as well as a barbecue to prepare typical recipes of the Costa Blanca.
