THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed and a fan. From the bedroom you can access a terrace equipped with a parasol, a table and two armchairs. You will access the bedroom from the living room
THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with a sink.
SECOND FLOOR (accessible from the first floor by climbing 18 steps)

THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed and a small kitchenette. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and hydromassage shower. From the bedroom you can access the second terrace with a beautiful sea view.

Know:

-Tourist tax: 2.00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights, from April 1 to October 31. Minors up to the age of majority are exempt from payment.
- For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., a supplement of 50.00 euros will be applied to be paid upon arrival.
- Security deposit: 300.00 euros. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure if there is no damage to the property.
- Final cleaning: 300.00 euros.
- Use of the internal hydromassage bathtub, on request: 45.00 euros per use.
- Daily cleaning, on request, 3 days a week, 3 hours per day (including change of towels and sheets): 180.00 euros.
- Additional sheets and towels, on request: 15.00 euros per person.
- On request, it is possible to add an additional single bed: 200.00 euros per week.
