APARTMENT CLEANING INFORMATION:
We are doing everything possible to offer a safe space to our guests. Therefore, before arrival we ventilate the rooms before cleaning, then we clean and disinfect all the rooms with special products.
Nice house with 4 bedrooms (one of them in a cozy loft with 3 single beds), ideal for two families, we provide free wifi but in case of malfunction or breakdown we are not responsible, air conditioning hot / cold, heating radiators, 1 bathroom complete and 1 toilet, a large terrace with awning and tables and chairs for 8 people and also has a shower on the terrace with hot / cold water, very well equipped house, in the center of the town, located between La Ría ( 200 m.) * CANCELLATION POLICY:
The traveler who cancels with a minimum of 60 day (s) prior to check-in, will receive 100% of the amount they have paid. The traveler who cancels between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in will receive 50% of the amount. The traveler who cancels less than 30 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.
