The accommodation

The beautiful Finca Can Cabana has just been restored to create a spacious holiday house combines tradition with modern style and is the perfect holiday base for two families or groups of friends - it has two entrances leading to two self-contained parts of the house, each with their own lounge, kitchen and dining room. Everyone can get together around the beautiful swimming pool and sun-terraces, the barbecue patio or in the long dining room with a table that seats up to fourteen people.
The main part of the house has an open-plan farmhouse kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher. The long medieval hall-style dining room is in this part of the house too. On the ground floor there's a double bedroom and a separate shower-room. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a full bathroom.
The adjoining guest house also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area with an extensible table, TV and CD stereo. A door leads out onto a lovely breakfast terrace.On the ground floor there's also a double bedroom with en-suite shower-room and a separate shower room. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms - one with an en-suite shower-room and another separate spacious bathroom with a feature bath. Also here on the first floor there's a very spacious lounge with satellite TV and DVD.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited timetable (19:00 - 05:00)
The pool (11 x 5) and garden are as impressive as the inside of the house. Outdoor there is a toilet with shower. From the pool there are wonderful views over to the mountain of Puig de San Salvador, and back to the thick stone walls of the farmhouse itself. The garden is full of fruit trees, figs, cherries, olives and almonds. There is also a tennis table and a childrens' playground with a swing and slide.

Setting

This beautiful and historic country house with six bedrooms and six bathroom is part of a small group of 3 country houses located in a private and peaceful place only 4 minutes drive to the small village Cas Concos that offers local shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The tourist resort Cala D'Or and its beaches are just 15 minutes' away by car.
