The accommodation
Consisting in a two floors duplex, with bedrooms and one bathroom in first floor, and hall, kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom in ground floor. Both bathrooms have all amenities.
Main bedroom has a balcony with views to Street Luisa de Guzmán.
Also an internal yard accesible from the kitchen.
Great area for parking, even in the same main door (also possibility of private garage).
Less than 5 min walking to the sea, and 10 min to the city center. Quiet area.
Setting
Located in one of the best areas of Sanlúcar.
Around we can find the Central Bus Station, parks, convenient supermarkets (Mercadona and Aldi), coffee shops, cinema, sea side for an amazing walk... All this with not influence in the calm accomodation as the duplex is close to everything but in a quiet street.
Activities and attractions
Located less than 100 meters to the sea, it is an amazing chance to enjoy the famous Racing Cart Horses (since 1845) in August; declared as International Interest Turism Fest.

Very nice and spacious home. Manuel and Rosa were very accommodating. When the fridge was broken they ordered a technician and when he couldn't fix it they brought a new fridge. I would recommend setting the prices out clear with them before you book. This is a nice place very close to the beach and center of Sanlucar.
Nice clean accommodation in good position . Situated in between beach & centre of town , close to shops , cafe/bars & public transport . Very pleasant owners & easy to get on with . Would use this property again if visitin Sanlucar .
