The accommodation

The villa has excellent qualities and very careful decoration details, a house designed to be enjoyed by the family.

Close environment to the beach, golf courses, train, airport, bus lines, shopping centers, a few minutes from Fuengirola, Benalmadena Pueblo and Torremolinos, 30 km from Marbella.

The magnificent sea views can be seen from all rooms, in the opposite area to the Mediterranean you can see a beautiful contrast of views of the mountains of Malaga, a wide variety of pines and olive trees as well as fruit trees.

The orientation is perfect, having large windows that allow cross ventilation in summer and thus enjoy an optimal environment at all times of the year. In autumn and winter, the sunset over the African coast can be seen from the dining room, kitchen and living room.

The main living room has 70 '' led TV with DVD and Yamaha HiFi system, the furniture is Asian-style.

The main dining room, open to the living room and kitchen, has a 4-meter solid oak table and leather chairs, ideal for group lunches and dinners.

It has a total of 3 fully equipped kitchens, the main one of 40 m2 on the upper floor, with an independent pantry, island kitchen with induction hob and tepanyaki, American refrigerator with ice dispenser and two complete secondary kitchens, one in the living room recreational and another in the guest apartment.

It has 6 bedrooms in total, 4 with double beds, 2 with two single beds and 3 double sofa beds. It has 7 bathrooms, 3 of them with Jacuzzi.

The guest apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, full bathroom and laundry area.

The main bedroom of the house has an exclusive area of ​​65 m2 with a sauna, a steam bath, a shower with a large central shower head, thermostatic taps, a dressing room and a double hydromassage with views of the fireplace and the sea, exclusive decoration, interior doors from India with more than 300 years old wood carved by hand.

The other 3 double bedrooms in the main house have a dressing room and a bathroom with a whirlpool en suite.

Laundry in a separate room and equipped with washer and dryer plus a conduit that allows clothes to be sent from the master bedroom to it without having to move.

The 100 m2 recreation room has a bathroom, full kitchen, American refrigerator, overhead projector, speaker system and disco, large barbecue, billiards, ping pong table, darts and gym, ideal for family and friends gatherings, from its large windows spectacular views of the sea and the pool are seen which makes this room a truly enjoyable place. The themed sand pool features an impressive water slide, double waterfall, 5 m2 Balinese bed and beach area.

The villa is located on a plot of exclusive use of 2237 m2 with old pine trees, zip line, trampoline and a tree house for the enjoyment of the little ones.

Outside the house there are two pergolas, one facing the kitchen, ideal for moonlight breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and the other facing the dining room, with outdoor rattan furniture, ideal for having a few drinks in a heavenly setting. Both with spectacular views of the sea.

For us, ecology is very important, so this house is designed to be energy independent, it has a photovoltaic installation that supplies all the energy consumed in the house as well as a wastewater treatment plant that is reused for irrigation.

The sanitary hot water is supplied by solar panels, which also support the heating and air conditioning system, the LED lighting throughout the house gives a unique warmth to all environments. It also has a central vacuum throughout the house. Class A Energy Rating

All the walls have a thermal insulation chamber, with a total thickness of 50 cm and climalit glass with butyral foil, PVC tilting windows, thus providing an ideal climate within all rooms.

The villa is in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, it has a southeast orientation so you can see incredible sunrises.

In summer you can enjoy the beach, the warm and fun nights of Malaga or Fuengirola, a great gastronomic offer in the area awaits you, although we must warn you that most of our clients decide to spend a lot of time in the villa, enjoying the heated pool in winter or the fabulous slide and waterfall of the summer pool.
In our games room you can watch a movie with your family or with a group of friends, share games of pool or ping pong, or make a fabulous barbecue with firewood.
