This terraced house, although independent, has a fantastic terrace, a large part of which is covered to form an additional lounge, where you can have breakfast in total freedom of clothing, take meals and chat in the shade, kissed by the breeze marina that reaches here, while enjoying the wonderful and tranquilizing view of the sea and the light of Lanzarote; and an uncovered part, from which to enjoy the sun baths away from prying eyes (the terrace is very high; and, under it, there is a small cellar, where to store any bicycles and beach games).

It is located next to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping Center, in Puerto del Carmen, between the old pueblo and the new city. Very close to all types of services; at bars, restaurants, meeting places, shops, banks, car-bike-bike rental; in the middle of the nightlife, although far enough away from the annoying noises, smells and chaos of the promenade; yet so close to the beaches (Playa Chica just 5 minutes walk, little more for the Great Beaches), for which the majority of Puerto del Carmen apartments cannot compete.
