The accommodation

Penthouse on the second floor without elevator, with air conditioning/heating, free WiFi, TV with Spanish channels, a balcony and a roof terrace where the sun shines all day.

Maximum capacity 4 adults. One bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. Access to the solarium by a spiral staircase..

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (only 1 pet / booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Setting

In Lomas del Mar 2 textile urbanization, with 2 community pool + 2 children's pool (open in summer), paddle tennis court, and children's area. A big supermarket, bars and restaurants are located in the area. El Playazo Beach and Puerto Rey Beach are around 5 minutes away by car.

Vera Playa has several beaches: Las Marinas, Puerto Rey, El Playazo and Quitapellejos. In reality they are all one stretch of sandy beach, interspersed with beach bars and sun-lounger rentals, showers and lifeguards in summer.

Activities and attractions

In Vera Playa and surroundings there are multiple options for water sports: kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, catamarans, optimist and mini-catamarans.

Young people loves a trip on the little train that travels through Vera and Garrucha. Puerto Rey children's leisure park has trampolines, inflatable castles and pedal karts. And for all ages, the fun is in Vera Playa water park.
