The accommodation
TOWER WITH POOL, BARBECUE, WIFI, NEAR THE BEACH. COSTA BRAVA.
It is a unique single-family house of 140 m2 built on a 6,000 m2 plot, the areas surrounding the house are landscaped and have a large barbecue and infinity pool, the rest of the land is rustic. Excellent location for the tranquility and proximity to the beaches and the town center.
The house is distributed in 2 spacious suites.
Suite 1: 150 X 190 cm bed, 135 cm X 190 cm sofa bed. Sufficient cabinets and drawers. Bathroom with bathtub.
Suite 2: 180cm X 200cm bed, 2m closet, tv, bathroom with Jacuzzi.
In the highest part is the living room, kitchen and enough crockery, a small toilet.
The dining room with 280º views of the "Alt i Baix Empordà", Rosas bay and the Canigó; It is like a viewpoint with large windows.
in the sleeping area there is mosquito netting on the windows.
